Who is the Physics tutor?
All our group classes are personally conducted by physics tutor Mr Loh.
What if my desired class is already 'full'?
A class is ‘full’ when it has reached 6 students. We are committed to keep the class size small at max 6 students. Please consider our other available timeslots.
Will there be lesson notes provided?
There will be quality lesson notes provided for lessons introducing each topic. As such, students who need help are encourage to sign up early to understand and learn the concepts of each topic.
However, student will not have access to earlier lesson notes and worksheets that was covered before he/she joined the tuition. This is to protect the tutor’s intellectual property. The materials are not available for purchase.
Can student get the earlier materials that was covered before he/she joined the tuition?

What if student is unable to attend a class?
If student is unable to attend a class, the full fee for the class will still be charged. However, the materials covered within the class including notes, worksheets and solutions will be provided during the next lesson. If there is another class covering the same material within the week and there are vacant seats available, student can choose to attend the replacement class. Tutor should be informed early so that replacement, if available, can be arranged.
Are there any other fees such as deposit, registration and material fees payable?
On top of the Tuition Fee, there are
- Registration Fee of $50 (One time non-refundable)
- Deposit of $100 (Refundable if 14 days notice of withdrawal is served)
No material fee.
What are the payment terms for the tuition fee?
Monthly fee is due by first day of month e.g. Jan fee is due by 1st Jan.
If fee is not paid by the 7th of the month, the student’s seat will be released to other students. The original student may end up without a seat and has to find an alternative timeslot. If no timeslot is available or suitable, the student will need to terminate the tuition. His/her deposit will be forfeited due to the failure to provide 14 days notice of withdrawal, even though the termination is not voluntary.
The fee amount will be pro-rated based on the number of lessons in the month. For example, if the tuition fee is $360 for 4 lessons. Thus, if the fee for each lesson is $90 ($360/4). The fee will therefore be $270 and $450 for months with 3 and 5 lessons respectively.

What are the accepted forms of the payment?

What is the withdrawal / termination policy?
Termination date is the date of the lesson that the student wants to stop attending e.g. If student is scheduled to have a lesson on 30-Jul but wants to stop attending that lesson and afterwards, 30-Jul is the termination date. Inform us by Whatsapp of the termination 14 days or earlier before the termination date e.g. for termination on 30-Jul, inform us by 16-Jul. We will refund the deposit if the 14 days notice is given to us. Pls note that student still needs to attend all the planned lessons between the date that we are informed and the termination date and these lessons will still be charged. Failure to give us 14 days notice of withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
